Rob Spier is an illustrator, cartoonist and painter from Amsterdam. He has illustrated children's books for Zwijsen and Wolters-Noordhoff. In the 1980s he was present in Okki with illustrations for picture stories. His work has also appeared in magazines like Mensen Van Nu (1970s).
