Bob en Babs (Okki, 6/12/1996)
Anky Spoelstra was born in a Frisian town. She soon moved to Amsterdam, where got a fashion training and attended the Rietveld Academy. She has illustrated many children's books, including the 'Mies en Max' series and work by Marieke Imanse and Roland Kalkman. Her illustrations have also appeared in schoolbooks and other educational projects, and on jigsaw puzzles, coloring pictures and games. Spoelstra illustrated verses and a comic called 'Jop' for Bobo, and made the comic strip 'Bob en Babs' for Okki.
