Mark Tatulli is a comic artist and filmmaker from New Jersey. Born in Mount Vernon, New York, he drew his first published newspaper comic strip for the Burlington County Times in New Jersey in 1988. His next strip, 'Bent Halos', was nationally syndicated. Universal Press Syndicate distributes his popular comic strip 'Heart of the City' since 1998. The imaginary world of the pantomime strip 'Lio' was created in 2006.
He is an Emmy award-winning animator for film and television productions, who has worked through Banyan Productions. His experience includes graphics and animation for such shows as 'A Wedding Story', 'Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls', 'Epicurious', and children's DVDs.
