Rorschach
Fred Lassagne, who goes by the name Terreur Graphique, was born in the area of Angoulême in 1977. He has been publishing his work on his blog and in fanzines/webzines like Gonzaï. He has had several of his books published by the Nantes-based Vide Cocagne label since 2010, such as 'Retiens la nuit/Parade cosmique' (with Gwénolé Le Dors, 2010), 'Check Point Charlie' (2011), 'Leel' Marin' (2011) and 'Loser' (2012), and he also edits the anthology series 'Alimentation générale'. For other publishers, he has made graphic novels delving into the worlds of psychoanalysis ('Rorschach' at 6 Pieds Sous Terre in 2011), satire ('La Rupture Tranquille' at Les Éditions Même pas mal, 2011), music ('La musique actuelle pour les sourds et malentendants' with Jack Dampremy at Vraoum! 2012) and hypochondria ('Hypocondrie(s)' at 6 Pieds Sous Terre in 2013).

He has furthermore done contributions to several collective books ('Alimentation Generale', 'Les Autres Gens', etc.), and to magazines like Jade, Fluide glacial, Psikopat, Aaarg, La Revue dessinée and L'Écho des Savanes. A collection of the black humour cartoons from his Tumblr account has appeared at Vraoum! under the title 'Make my day, punk!'. He is most notably the author of the humorous comic 'Le F.I.S.T'. with Jorge Bernstein, about an interministerial fund for the safeguarding of traditions (Éditions Fluide Glacial, 2014), and 'Le Petit Livre de la Bande Dessinée', with Hervé Bourhis, an informational illustrated book about comics (Dargaud, 2014).
