Pyraths
Licinia Tozzi was born in Fabriano. After obtaining her degree in commercial techniques, she attended the International School of Comics in Florence, where she graduated in 2005. She has been working as a freelance artist since 2006, making illustrations, comics, covers and logos for several Italian companies. She is also an expert on calligraphy, bookbinding, children's literature and ancient crafts, and a member of the atelier Scripta Manent.
In 2011, she published her first comic book for the French market, 'Sacha Fashion Couture'. The story was written by Flo Valin and published in the Strawberry collection of the publishing house Soleil. She has been working with French writer Katia Even and colorist Francesca Pesci on the comic books 'Pyraths' (Sandawe, 2014) and 'Waf!' (Clair de Lune, 2014).
