Emmi Valve is a Finnish comic artist from Porvoo, known for her uncensored comics released in her blog 'Emmi Valve Fan Club' and several fanzines. She often delves into personal experiences, using themes like love, sex, loneliness, the death of a loved won and adulthood. Part of her autobiographical comics were collected in her graphic novel debut 'When Your Face Explodes' in 2013.
