Dagmar Verfaillie graduated as a sculptor from the Sint-Lucas School of Arts in Ghent in 2002. From 2006 on he became a tattoo designer in Ghent. He has his own tattoo shop in Roeselare, 'Tattoo Dagmar' (2011). He e has also focused on comics, illustrations and artwork from 2006. He contributed a short story to 'De Reis' (Mekanik, 2011).
Verfaillie illustrated the album cover of 'Birth Of A Phantom' (2017) by the rock band Blackbird Phantom.
