Biljo White was a prominent artist in the US small press scene of the 1960s. He was editor and artist for such fanzines as Komix Illustrated, Comicollector, Alter Ego and Batmania, often in cooperation with Ronn Foss. His most famous character was the superhero 'The Eye', published in such underground mags as Star-Studded Comics and Fighting Hero Comics. During daytime, Biljo White was a fireman in Columbia, Missouri.
