Grandfather Clause, by Chris Wright
'Grandfather Clause'.

Chris Wright studied medical illustration at the University of Nebraska. After two years, he joined the army as a graphic illustrator and draftsman. When his service ended, he moved to Colorado to study at the Western State College in Gunnison. There he started to draw comics for the student newspaper, which won him an award in 1995. Before graduating in Studio Art and History, he was already offered a job as editorial cartoonist. His first newspaper strip, 'Pellets', started running in The Colorado Springs Gazette and several smaller newspapers in 1997. Creators Syndicate signed him on two years later, and he created 'Grandfather Clause', about a baby boomer who refuses to grow up. This strip ran until 2001.
