Halil İbrahim Yıldırım is a Turkish award-winning cartoonist and comic artist. Born in Ilgin, he started out drawing daily cartoons for the newspaper Yeni Asır. He subsequently contributed to several humor magazines from Istanbul, such as Çarşaf, Gırgır and Limon. Oguz Aral also hired him for two-page comic stories in Firfir (Firt).

Yildirim is also a talented portrait and caricature artist, and he has been a lecturer with the Department of Graphic illustration of the Dokuz Eylul University. Yildirim has received about ten national and international awards for his cartoons, and his work has been collected in over twenty cartoon albums. He worked in Izmír until 2007, and then moved over to Ankara to publish a daily cartoon in the Ankara local paper.
