Snappy by Arthur Beeman

Arthur Beeman worked as a comic book artist for Quality Comics in the early 1940s. He illustrated features like 'Homer Doodle', 'Inferior Man', 'Kidding the Kids', 'Miss Winky', 'Snappy' and 'Tommy Tinkle'. He also drew 'K. P. Jones' for Harvey Comics. In the 1940s he made a newspaper feature called 'Seein' Stars' for King Features Syndicate. In the first half of the 1950s he drew the newspaper feature 'Those Were the Days'.
