Born in Arezzo, Marco Bianchini began his career contributing to fanzines and local publications in the 1970s. From 1976, he started illustrating for Italian and foreign science fiction reviews. In 1980, he joined the publishing house Edifumetto. His work appeared in periodicals like Boy Music and Il Corriere della Sera. He has illustrated such series as 'Wallestein' and 'Cap. Gemma'.
Bianchini is the graphic creator of 'Kerry il Trapper', a series scripted by Sclavi and published in Il Comandante Mark in 1983 and 1984. For Bonelli, he illustrated episodes of 'Mister No'. He alternates his work in the comics field with advertising assignments.
