John Brockwell was an American cartoonist and comic artist. He drew for a comic book called Topix Comics that was published by the Catechetical Guild Educational Society of St. Paul, Minnesota, between 1942 and 1952. His comic art also popped up in the French-Canadian Catholic bi-monthly L'Éclair in the mid-1950s.
