'Jailbreak Hotel'.
Marc Caro was born in Paris, France on 2 April 1956. During the 1970s, Caro published his comics in magazines like Métal Hurlant (Heavy Metal), Fluide Glacial, Charlie Mensuel and L'Écho des Savanes. He then participated in the influential magazine Raw. At the time, he was already active as an animator and film director, with his friend Jean-Pierre Jeunet, which became more and more his field of work. Together with Jeunet, he co-directed the cult classic 'Délicatessen' (1991). Caro is also an actor, writer, set decorator and custome designer.
