Samuel Casal is a Brazilian artist from Caixas do Sul, specialized in editorial illustration, comics and cartoons, who works in the illustration field since 1990. His comics have appeared in the publications of the 'Front' project since 2001, as well as in the reviews Contos Bizarros, Dez na Área, Um na Banheira and Ninguém no Gol. He is art editor of Diário Catarinense and has additionally worked for magazines like Caros Amigos and Macmania, as well as the Cybercomix portal, on which he presents his Flash animations.
