'Baldo'.
Carlos Castellanos is an American cartoonist, and the co-creator of 'Baldo'. Originally from Cuba, he started his career as an illustrator in 1981. He has done freelance work for several magazines, book publishers and ad agencies, among them from West Palm Beach, Florida. Together with Hecotr Bantú, he created the newspaper comic strip 'Baldo', one of the few American comics starring Latino characters. It is syndicated through Universal Press Syndicate since April 2000.
In a 16 December 2013 episode of 'Baldo' the characters paid tribute to Mad and Sergio Aragonés.
