'Ruta Nocturna' (Escorpión # 21)
Vicente Cebollo Peinado is a Spanish painter from Valencia de Alcántara, who illustrated action and horror comics in the 1970s and 1980s. He contributed to horror magazines Escorpión and Pánico, published by Vilmar in the 1970s. He was also present in publications like 1883 and Tebeos del Bollo and did agency art through Creaciones Editoriales, as well as for the French publisher Artima.
