Philippe Cenci worked with Chris Lamquet and Brice Tarvel before he joined the atelier of Vittorio Leonardo. He made numerous advertising illustrations, as well as a children's album. In 2000, he began the series 'Deep Maurice et Gologan' with scriptwriter by Thierry Robberecht at Casterman.
