Glen Chapron is a comic book artist from Brittany (Bretagne), who later moved to Nantes. He learned printmaking at the École Estienne before turning to illustration. Along with Julia Wauters, he enrolled at the School of Decorative Arts in Strasbourg. There, they teamed up with the future members of the Troglodyte collective, with whom they launched the quarterly fanzine Écarquillettes. It was in this fanzine that Chapron and Wauters published the first pages of their comic 'Vents Dominants', that was published in book format by Sarbacane in 2009. Chapron has also drawn the book 'Daphnée & Iris' by Géraldine Ranouil and Véronique Grisseaux for Casterman's KSTR collection in 2009. He worked with Loïc Dauvillier on the book 'L'Attentat' at Glénat (2012).
