Eze Chimalio is a Nigerian writer, artist and filmmaker based in London, England and Enugu, Nigeria. His earlier work includes the surreal comic book series 'Paraffin' (1989-91) and 'Alien Blues' (2003), a collection of illustrated stories from the lives of Africa's forgotten people. In 2012, he released the book 'Monomono-Banza Diaries: Volume 1', with non-conventional and experimental narratives about sex, death and politics in a disturbing and restless world. Chimalio is also a trumpet player, and has released an album with the MSB Ensemble.
