Rodolfo Claro was a comic artist and illustrator from Buenos Aires. He drew for magazines like El Supplemento, La Novela Semanal, Mundo Argentino, P.B.T., El Día, La Nación, Patoruzú (using the pseudonyms René Foly and Mico) and, most notably, El Hogar. In Patoruzú, he was the original artist of the comic 'Ellos'. Claro was a traveling artist, crossing Argentina from La Quiaca through Tierra del Fuego, and then heading to America and Europe. He published his whereabouts about his travels in magazines like Popurrí.
