Tony Cochran is an American comic artist and the creator of the newspaper comic 'Agnes'. He studied at the Columbus College of Art & Design in Ohio and the Wright State University of Dayton, Ohio in the late 1970s. His artwork and paintings were gradually getting noticed, but not enough to pay the bills, so Cochran worked in a auto body shop for fifteen years until he created the comic strip character 'Agnes'. The adventures of the trailer park girl 'Agnes' have been distributed to newspapers through Creators Syndicate since 1999.
