Pitch Comment was born in 1970 in Porrentruy in the Swiss Jura, where he still lives. After an artistic education at the Maximilien de Meuron Academy in Neuchâtel, he continued his studies as an auditor at the School of Fine Arts in Paris. He then studied at the Van der Kelen Higher Institute of Painting in Brussels. During the Jura elections of 2006, he maintained a daily blog under the pseudonym Great Elector. This was followed by a book publication, and a second edition for the campaign of 2010.
Since 2008, Comment regularly participates in collective albums of BD-Force, and makes press illustrations for the weekly Arc-Hebdo and Thierry Barrigue's satirical magazine Vigousse. With writer Camille Rebetez, he makes the comic series 'Les Indociles' for Les Enfants Rouges since 2012. He wrote and drew the third installment in the series 'Traits et Regards Sur La Fin de Vie', a trilogy about dying by La Chrysalide, in 2015.
