Duelliste by Alession Coppola

Alessio Coppola is an Italian comic artist and illustrator, originally from Rome. He has been an artist for the Italian Disney publications since 1989s. He has drawn and sometimes written 'Duck' stories and gag pages for Topolino, and is a productive cover artist for the Italian Disney franchise. Between 1988 and 1992 he also illustrated several stories of 'Pif le Chien' in Pif Gadget under the pen name Cober. Stories by him, often in collaboration with François Corteggiani, have appeared in three volumes of the 'Pif' book series by Soleil in the mid 1990.

Coppola drew the sixth installment of the 'Monster Allergy' series from a script by Katja Centomo in 2004, and provided the drawings for the album 'Jimmy Jones - Il Capitano della Polypheme' by Francesco Artibani for Les Humanoïdes Associés in 2007. He makes the historical adventure series 'Duelliste' with writer Emmanuel Herzet for Le Lombard since 2012. Coppola also works as an illustrator and visualizer for advertising agencies. He is a sculptor and creates three-dimensional models for film productions.
