Nate Creekmore is a cartoonist and illustrator from Atlanta, Georgia. He is the creator of the comic strip 'Maintaining', about the life of a biracial teenager. Creekmore began drawing the strip as a freshman at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, and won several awards with it for college cartooning in the period 2003-2005. It was picked up for national syndication by Universal Feature Syndicate between May 2007 and August 2009.
