Jeff Crowther studied at the Rochester Institute of Technology's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences, where he graduated in 1998. He worked as a graphic designer before devoting himself to becoming a freelance illustrator and comic artist. He created the comics 'Puppethead', 'Samurai Bowling' and 'In Search of Ira'.
