Wilbur Dawbarn works for several British children's magazines. He has drawn 'Mr. Meecher, The Uncool Teacher' and 'Rocky's Horror Show' for The Dandy. He has been present in The Beano since the Dandy's disappearance in late 2012 as the new writer and artist of 'Billy Whizz'. He has also created 'Bodkin and the Bear' for the children's comic anthology The DFC, and is present in The Phoenix with 'Useleus', which he makes with Alexander Matthews. Dawbarn's cartoons have appeared in Punch, The Times, Private Eye and The Spectator, and he has a monthly strip called 'Born-again Computer Geek' in PC Utilities magazine. Dawbarn resides in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
