Bert Dekker is an illustrator from The Hague, affiliated with Jorge Bolle Producties. Besides illustration work, he drew the daily strip 'Koots', about a football coach, in the free newspaper Spits in the first half of the 2000s.
Bert Dekker the cartoonist should not be confused with the illustrator-painter Bert Dekker (b. 1949), or cyclist Bert Dekker (b. 1970).
