Dominiek Depreitere took his degree as graphic designer. Shortly after graduation, he became highly interested in the world of the deaf, and decided to study to be an interpreter for deaf people. He combines his study with a part-time job at the Federation of Flemish Organizations for Deaf People. He has contributed to the Bries anthology 'Hic Sunt Leones'.
