Stephen DeStefano began his career in the mid-1980s working for DC. He contributed to 'Blackhawk' and 'House of Mystery' and co-created titles like 'Hero Hotline' and 'Mazing Man'. His work was featured in Fantagraphics' 'Critters' and 'Itchy Planet' between 1988 and 1990. In the early 1990s, he worked on Disney Comics. He did artwork for Mickey Mouse Adventures and inks on 'Bonkers' and 'Goof Troop' stories. In addition, he worked on Marvel's 'Bill & Ted' and did inks on Palliard Press' 'XXXenophile' and on Dark Horse's 'Screwball Squirrel'. He eventually returned to DC to do artwork for their licensed Cartoon Network titles. Stephen DeStefano is also active in animation.
