Pam Emmerik was a Dutch writer and visual artist. She wrote novels and essays, mostly about arts. Among her other books are 'Soms feest' (1997), 'Het bottenpaleis' (2000), 'Het wonder werkt' (2004) and 'Voor wie het paradijs verdragen kan' (2014). She also made graphic essays and novels, such as her 2010 comic 'Jummie! Het ware leven van een adoptieprinses'. She was affiliated with the Boijmans Van Beuningen museum in Rotterdam, for which she made the comic 'Maanmensen' in 2015.
