Esdras Cristobál was born in Igualada, and studied to become an engineer. In addition to his daytime job he works as a comic artist. Between 2007 and 2010, he drew the comic series 'Harry Cover', written by Pierre Veys and published by the French publishing house Delcourt. Since 2011 he also draws the vampire comic 'Bloodlight' for KantiK (script by Zaz). For the American market, he has drawn comics like '10th Muse' and 'Venus' for Bluewater Productions in 2006 and 2007. He has also drawn issues of Marvel's 'Dr. Doom and the Masters of Evil' (2009) and 'Marvel Adventures Superheroes' (2010). He is additionally affiliated with the Comicon agency in Barcelona, through which he makes artwork for licensed properties like 'Power Rangers' for the German market.
