'Saxon'.

Thomas Fowler is a Canadian artist who has contributed to Mad Magazine's 'Monroe, 'Revolution on the Planet of the Apes', 'Green Arrow', 'Grendel', 'Star Wars: Jango Fett' and 'Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight'. He also illustrated several cards in the Doomtown collectible card game.

Between 2006 and 2010, Fowler continued the humor comic 'Monroe' in Mad Magazine, with Anthony Barbieri as scriptwriter, previously drawn by Bill Wray since 1997. Fowler's first episode debuted in issue #470 (October 2006). In the 481th issue (September 2007), Fowler received assistance from other artists: Ryan Flanders, followed by Carl Peterson in the 484th issue (December 2007). 'Monroe' ran for four more years until the series came to a conclusion in issue #502 (January 2010).
