'The Little Mermaid'. 

Bill Fugate was an American comic book artist, who was active from the 1980s into the 2000s. He completed the Famous Artists' School correspondence course during high school and went on to become a freelance cartoonist and illustrator for various newspapers and magazines. He also designed toys for Tonka, and worked in animation, educational books and T-shirt design.

'Bop'. 

In the early 1980s, Fugate was present in publications by Kitchen Sink Press, including the music comics magazine BOP, the underground magazine Gay Comics and Reed Waller's 'Omaha the Cat Dancer' series. He then did comic books like 'Star Fems' for Paragon Publications, as well as 'Noise Candy' for Comic City and script and artwork for Steeldragon's 'Hercules Jr.' and 'Cap'n Phil & His Intergalactic Space Pals'.

By the early 1990s, Fugate was drawing for Disney comic book titles like 'Roger Rabbit's Toontown', 'Goofy Adventures' and 'The Little Mermaid'. Later in that decade, he drew 'Thunder Girl' and 'Mighty Man' for Caliber's 'Big Bang Comics'. By 2006, he had his own 'Super Frankenstein' one-shot published in the series 'Big Bang Presents'.
