Gally was born in Nice, where attended business school before moving to Paris. There, she worked for EP Éditions for two years, and then in couple of comic book stores. She published her first strips on Bulledair.com and on her own blog, while participating in several fanzines. She was head of the collection Miniblog at Danger Public, that eventually contained about 20 books, including her own 'Steak me tender' (2006).
She now works as a fulltime comic artist, and she won the Audience Prize at the Angoulême Comics Festival in 2009 with her album 'Mon gras et moi', a collection of her blog comics dealing with weight issues. The book's publisher, Diantre! Éditions, also released three volumes of her next work, 'Sale Morveuse!' (2008-2010). Gally has participated in several collective works, like a comic book against homophobia, and worked on books for Delcourt's Humour de Rire collection, such as 'Love blog' (with Obion) and 'La danse des connards' (with several other authors).
