Gauthier is the author of the World War II aviation comic 'Les Aventures de Ken Mallory' ('Mystères en Birmanie'), published by Albin Michel since 2004.
He also contributed to 'Les Enquêtes de leurs Amis' (Soleil, 1989), a collective tribute album to Maurice Tillieux' hero detective 'Gil Jourdan'.
