Vénéneuses
Thomas Gilbert studied Fine Arts in Paris, and then attended the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels for three years. He made his debut in 2009 with the first book in the series 'Bjorn de Morphir', a heroic fantasy series he made with writer Thomas Lavachery for Casterman until 2012. Also in 2009, he released his first solo work, the graphic novel 'Oklahoma Boy' (two volumes at Manolosanctis in 2009-2010).
He worked with Renart on the book 'Aline/Sonja' in the sci-fi series 'Mastadar' (Vide Cocagne, 2011), and then with Michel Honaker and Roger Seiter on 'Odyssée', of which two books were published by Flammarion in 2014 and 2015. His next solo book was published by Sarbacane in 2015: 'Vénéneuses'. Gilbert works at the Mille atelier in Brussels.
