Pascal Gindre is a French illustrator from L'Essonne, who works under the pen name Robin. After art school, he became artistic director of the publishing house Bayard Presse. He has made illustrations for a great number of books, published by Bayard, Nathan, Gallimard, Actes Sud and Sarbacane. He has also used his quick and fresh drawing style for comic books, like 'Le Fils de Rembrandt' (Sarbacane, 2010) and 'Poverello' (Bayard, 2014), as well as a couple of collective albums.
