Keiji Gotoh is a character designer for manga and anime. He is best known for his humorous manga/anime/computer game serial 'Gate Keepers'. He has additionally worked for many important animation studios, including Gonzo ('Last Exile', 'Full Metal Panic'), CLAMP ('X', 'Chobits') and Hisashi Abe ('Gunslinger Girl').
