Daniel Gramsch is a Berlin comic artist, who developed an interest in American superhero comics during the 1990s. He created his comic character 'Alina Fox' in 1997. Her adventures appeared regularly on the internet from 2001, and in print from 2002.
He received his first professional assignments after meeting Jörg Pitschmann and Guido Neukamm. He then illustrated stories for Gespentstergeschichten and MAD. In 2001, he founded Comicwerk together with Uwe Heinelt and Torsten Voss, through which he has published his 'Alina Fox' stories on the Internet and in print. Gramsch is additionally the artist behind the cartoon series 'Slackers Unlimited' (2003).
