Klaus Grobys is a German artist of comic books in the so-called "Piccolo" (landscape format-shaped) format. Between 1985 and 1998, Grobys produced such titles as 'Björn der Wikinger', 'Captain Cody', 'Klaus Störtebeker' and 'Boa, Sohn der Sümpfe', which he initially published through his own Klaus Grobys Verlag and later through Norbert Dargatz Verlag.

Grobys was later working through Verlag Peter Hopf on new titles like 'Die Kreuzritter'. In 2006, he created the 'Abanuk' series, published by Hansrudi Wäscher Fanclub Bayern/Manfred Wildfeuer Verlag.
