Mariano Grynberg took classes in comics from Alberto Breccia during the final three years of the grandmaster's life. He also studied sculpting at the Escuela Superior Ernesto de la Cárcoya. He has contributed comics to El Tripero, El Gallito Inglés (Mexico) and Napartheid. He has made illustrations for Editorial El Quirquincho, the Ministry of Education, and the Otro País review. He has participated in several national and international exhibitions.
