Rusty Haller was an American comic book artist who worked professionally since 1987. He did script and artwork for Paul Terry’s 'Deputy Dawg' for the Connecticut publisher Spotlight Comics in 1987-88. He drew for Marvel's licensed series like 'Alf', 'Count Duckula' and 'Danger Mouse' in the Star Comics line in 1990-91.

In addition, Haller found work with DC Comics, doing art on 'Tiny Toon Adventures', 'Looney Tunes' and 'Animaniacs'. He also worked on 'Flintstones' comics and on several Harvey titles for Archie Comics. From 2005 to 2009, he was the creator, artist and writer of 'Ace and Queenie', an anthropomorphic spy/adventure/romance comic series that appeared monthly in the anthology 'Furrlough', published by Radio Comix of San Antonio, Texas. He passed away in his sleep in September 2009.
The Comicbook Artists Guild (a group of comic creators to which he belonged), has renamed their annual awards the Hallers in honor of Rusty Haller.
