Born in 1960 in New Hampshire, Mark Heath is a freelance cartoonist and artist of the newspaper strip 'Spot the Frog'. The strip appears in newspapers worldwide, including the Chicago Tribune, Detroit Free Press and Seattle Post-Intelligencer. He sold his first cartoon in 1980, and appears in Reader's Digest, First For Women and American Scientist, among others.
Heath ranks Ronald Searle and Paul Coker among his main graphic influences.
