Harry Homan, who signed with H. E. Homan, was a political cartoonist. He also made the Sunday comic strip 'Billy Make Believe' in 1934-36 (not to be confused with 'Bobby Make-Believe' by Frank King). As a companion strip, Homan made the educational 'How To Make It' feature, describing amateur craft projects for the juvenile audience. Between 1938 and 1940 he worked on Vic Forsythe's 'Joe Jinks' strip. He died in 1940 of a heart attack at the age of 51, while spending his vacation.
