Eduard Ille is a 19th century illustrator and painter from Munich. He studied painting at the Munich Art Academy from Julius Schnorr von Carolsfeld and Moritz von Schwind. He was a contributor to the magazine Fliegende Blätter, working alongsides his colleagues Edmund Harburger and Lothar Meggendorfer. He has also illustrated 60 picture stories in the series 'Münchener Bilderbogen'. He was also a watercolor painter.
