Pagsilang Isip was a science fiction and fantasy magazine and poster artist during the 1930s and 1940s. In the 1940s, he was also drawing for comic books through the Iger Studio. Isip worked on Fiction House features like 'Calhoun of the Air Cadets', 'Captain Terry Thunder', 'Chip Collins', 'Glory Forbes', 'Lost World', 'Shark Brodie', 'Reef Ryan', 'Simba', 'Suicide Smith', 'War Heroes' and 'ZX-5'. Other credits are Bilbara's 'Human Meteor', Better Publications' 'Nickie Norton', and Holyoke's 'Inspector Blake', 'Shangra' and 'Wings Borden'. Isip was also a painter, photographer and musician. He passed away of a heart attack in 1979.
