Jean-Christophe Pol, who mostly sings with Jicépol, began his career illustrating an album in the series 'Voltige et Ratatouille', created by Brüno and Pascal Jousselin and published by Treize Étrange ('Bon Baiser d'Alabyss', 2001). He is also the author of 'Le Chant du Corbeau' at La Comédie Illustrée (2004). Under his own name, he made the albums 'Une âme à l'amer' at Ed. Carabas, and 'Du Rififi chez les Clébards' at La Boîte à Bulles.
