Haruko Kashiwagi is a female manga artist. She did the sexual romantic comedy serial 'Inu' ('Dog') in the manga magazine Young Sunday. Her serial 'Hanazono Merry go Round' also dealt with sexuality in Japanese society. It was printed in France under the title 'Initiation'.
