Bernard Khattou is a French comic book artist from Albi, a town in the French Tarn department. He began his career with Les Requins Marteaux, a group of comic book artists that started their own publishing imprint. He assumed the pen name Frisco when commencing the political fiction series 'Élysée République' with Rémy Le Gall for Casterman in 2007. In 2011 he became the artist of the second cycle of the series 'L'Agence' by Jean-Claude and Agnès Bartoll, succeeding Thomas Legrain. His brother Francis Khattou is his regular colorist.
